Ghazipur: The Chikka Litti shop opened at the Irrigation Department intersection in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh has given a new twist to the desi taste. The shop owner got a chance to see this recipe from a franchise from Bihar on Instagram. He thought that this non-veg litti should be brought to Ghazipur. This taste was something new for the local people, but now this shop has become a topic of discussion in the area.
Unique names like ‘Latkhor’ and ‘Laila Majnu’
The recipes found here are famous for their unique names. The ‘Latkhor’ recipe provides leg piece with 2 littis, which is available for just ₹100. At the same time, in ‘Laila Majnu’ recipe, you get the unique taste of Litti and chicken filled with Sattu. The special thing is that such a fusion of chicken and litti is prepared here, which is not usually seen in Purvanchal.
Crowd of customers from 11 pm to 10 pm
Chikka Litti shop opens at 11 am. All preparations are completed by 4 pm and by 9-10 pm the shop remains full of customers. Local 18’s team spoke to a customer who ordered the ‘Laila Majnu’ recipe. He says that he has never tasted such a taste of Sattu and chicken in Litti before.

The recipes here are not only great in taste but also fit in the budget. Customers can enjoy delicious non-veg and litti within ₹ 100 to ₹ 150. The shop owner says that recipes like ‘Latkhor’ and ‘Khandaani Doglapan’ are the best selling dishes here.
